CHIN DOWN, KNUCKLES UP

Learn the fundamentals of boxing and kickboxing from an instructor with 20+ years in martial arts and 10+ years of training experience. KICKBOXING

VIRTUAL TRAINING

I decided to open up my subscription content and make it free for everyone. If you want to train your boxing and kickboxing, get in a workout, or just watch me yell in Muay Thai shorts, this is it. Click in for video tutorials, virtual classes, and conditioning routines.

Gorilla Vinny, MS, RD, is a lifelong Martial Arts practitioner. He holds a Black Belt in Kenpo Karate under Master Art Beins (former Olympic coach) and a Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Luca Atalla (Renzo Gracie Black Belt). He began teaching Karate at a young age before venturing off to learn Kickboxing and MMA with the Rhino Fight Team in Southern New Jersey. His 20s and 30s brought him in contact with many Boxing and Kickboxing mentors around New York City as well as instruction at Lana Muay Thai (Chiang Mai, Thailand) and New York Fat Keung (Bensonhurst, Brooklyn).

With a recent Masters of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology at Teachers College, Columbia University, including 1200 hours of supervised dietetic practicum and a Registered Dietitian credential with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Vinny brings an evidence-based approach to his training methods that is grounded in experience and scientific research.
